By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Separate terms apply to Zyenova products and services (including Zyemed, Zyenex, and customer agreements); those products are governed by their own terms when you register or deploy them.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, introduce malware, scrape the Site in a manner that impairs performance, or use the Site for fraudulent or misleading purposes.

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, product names, and software—are owned by or licensed to Zyenova and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• Submit false, defamatory, or harmful content through our forms;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Site or related services.

The Site may link to third-party websites (including product sites such as zyemed.com and zyenex.org). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

We aim to keep information on the Site accurate and current. Engineering, research, and product descriptions may change as systems evolve. We do not warrant that all content is complete, error-free, or up to date at all times. Product availability and features vary by deployment and jurisdiction.

Content on the Site is for general information about Zyenova and our technology. It does not constitute medical, mental health, legal, or other professional advice. Do not rely on the Site for clinical decisions or emergency care. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency or crisis services immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zyenova will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for use of the Site in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for free use of the Site, may be zero).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes relating to the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on the Site with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
